We begin processing your order within 24 hours of confirmation for COD orders and instantly for prepaid orders. Our standard production and dispatch window is 7 business days. Please note, weekends and public holidays are not counted in the processing timeline.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders typically reach their destination within 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location. However, delays due to external factors such as weather disruptions, courier delays, or public holidays may occur.

As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp. You can use this ID to track the real-time status of your package.

Multiple Item Orders

If your order includes multiple items, we may ship them separately based on their availability and readiness. Don’t worry — you won’t be charged extra for multiple shipments.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of checkout. Purposeclo.in will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Order Modifications or Cancellations
