Return Period

Customers have a generous window of 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Unfortunately, returns cannot be processed if the request is made after this period.

Refund Timings

Once the returned product arrives at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. If the product passes this check, the refund will be processed within 5 to 6 days. The refund amount will be credited to the customer’s wallet on our website, allowing for seamless future transactions.

Refunds will only be credited to the customer’s wallet on our website. Please note that a fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the total amount as return or exchange charges. This charge helps cover the costs associated with processing the return, including shipping and handling.
